Many people believe that because a home is new it is also comfortable and energy efficient.  This is only partially true.  New homes use materials that perform better than the materials of years past, but these materials make only small improvements if they are not used correctly.  As a matter of fact, newer materials can have more potential for undesirable side effects than older, simpler building materials.  With that being said, the idea that new homes perform better simply because they are new is not correct.  New homes can benefit from our services just as older homes can.
